What Tenabl is
Tenabl is the AI that runs your private rentals. It collects rent, moves repairs forward, manages bills, and keeps the paperwork ready, so you're not carrying the whole month in your head.
The model is simple. WhatsApp for action, the app for control, one AI behind both. You and your tenant both keep things moving on WhatsApp, and the app gives you the full picture: finance, documents, tenants and repairs in one place. Your tenant never needs to download anything.
Why Ireland, why now
Irish private landlords already run much of their rental life through WhatsApp. Tenants message about broken heating, send screenshots of rent transfers, and flag issues as they happen, while the landlord juggles it across chats, notes, memory and the odd spreadsheet. Tenabl works with that behaviour instead of against it.
The company
Tenabl is built by DividedSea Limited, an Irish-registered company (CRO #816304), headquartered in Ireland. We're currently live in beta with Irish landlords.
